A little late in bringing in the New Year, i suppose… but hey some things need time to let go :) ..

My memoirs are honest, but my shoes are dirty,
My bags remain packed, and my regrets unzipped… :)

Yet am still too tired to move, too tired to unpack and tell tales …
still too tired to dust my clothes and untie these laces….
too tired to forget that candles and grief are ephemeral….
and too tired to notice that my cheeks hurt from smiles questionable :?
